Wait, you really build the whole thing before I pay anything?
Yes. We build the site, we email you the preview link, and you decide. If you sign within seven days, your first month is free. If you don't reply, you owe nothing and the preview goes away. There is no pre-payment, no deposit, no card on file.
How can it be done in days? Real websites take weeks.
Trade-business websites have known patterns. Your customer needs the phone number, the service area, the trust signals, and a way to ask for a quote. We've built this category enough times that we know what works. The "weeks" version is mostly meetings and revision rounds — we cut both.
What if I hate the preview?
Reply with what's wrong in plain English. We redo it. If after a second pass it's still not right, you walk away — no charge, no hard feelings. We'd rather hear "this isn't us" than build something you won't use.
Do I keep the site if I cancel?
Foundation: you can export every page as HTML; the hosting and domain go with us. Growth: same export, plus we keep your Google Business Profile under your account so nothing transfers. Most owners stay because the monthly fee is less than one missed call — but the door is always open.
I already have a website. It's just bad. Can you replace it?
Yes. We can keep your domain — you just point it at us when you sign. We'll also pull anything from the old site that should come along (reviews, photos, service descriptions). Most replacements are live the same week.
What do you actually need from me to start?
One email. Business name, what you do, where you work, your phone, your hours, and a license number if applicable. Five minutes from your truck. We'll come back with a couple of clarifying questions and that's it — the next thing you see is the preview.
What if I want a custom feature — online booking, financing, a service-area calculator?
Growth covers the most common custom features. For things outside the standard kit, we'll quote it as a one-time add and write it into the site. We don't do anything we can't ship inside a week.
