Do I really not have to get on a call?
Correct. The whole engagement runs over email. You answer a short reply on day one. We send a real site by day three to five. If anything needs to change, you email us, we turn it around the same day. No Zoom, no Calendly, no kickoff meeting, no "discovery session."
What if I don't like it?
We delete it. No charge. No contract. You only pay once you tell us "ship it" and we point the domain at the site.
Most preview rounds need one or two small adjustments — a different photo, a different phrase, an extra service. That's normal and same-day.
Do I own the site? What if I cancel?
You own the domain. You own the content. If you cancel, we send you a static export of the site files and transfer the domain back to your registrar of choice. No drama, no exit fee, no hostage situation.
I already have a website. Can you replace it?
Yes — this is most of what we do. We build the new site at a preview URL, you review it side-by-side with your current one, and when you're happy we swap your domain over. Your old site is offline. The new one is up. No SEO juice is lost — we 301-redirect old pages where they have inbound value.
How is this $199 when other agencies charge $5,000?
Because we don't run kickoff calls, discovery sessions, sales decks, or three rounds of mockups. The build is async. We've made the process so tight that a Torch site costs a tenth of what most agencies charge.
The site itself is the same quality. The price is just what's left when you remove the meetings.
What trades do you work with?

No. If you tell us "ship it" within 7 days of seeing your preview, your first month is on us. Month two onward bills at the regular plan rate. Cancel any month with one email.
