What shop owners ask us.

So what do I actually have to do?
One email to hello@torchsites.com with the name of your business, the services you do, the area you cover, and a couple of photos if you have them. We take it from there. If we need anything else, we ask by email. Total time on your end: about ten minutes.
Is it really custom, or a template with my name in it?
Custom. Every site is laid out, written, and structured for the shop in question. We don’t use a “template chooser” page. Two plumbers in the same town don’t get the same site.
Do I have to do calls? Zoom meetings?
No. Not one. The whole process is async. Most of our customers have never spoken to us on the phone. If you want to talk, you can — but it isn’t how this works.
What happens if I cancel?
Reply to an email and say cancel. We stop billing. You get a 30-day grace period. After that the site comes down. Your domain stays yours — you point it wherever you want.
Why is it cheap if it’s custom?
Because we’ve cut every part of the process that costs money but doesn’t make your site work better. No discovery calls. No project managers. No revision rounds. Just the build.
What if I already have a domain / hosting / SEO guy?
