Mostly things shop owners asked us by reply. Mostly with the typos still in them. We answered every one.

so what do i actually have to do?
One email to hello@torchsites.com with your business name, the services you offer, the area you cover, and a couple photos if you've got them. That's it. Anything else we need, we ask by reply, on your time. Ten minutes of your day, total.
is it really custom, or a template?
Custom. We don't run a template chooser. Every site is laid out and written for the shop in question. Two plumbers in the same town never get the same site — we've checked.
do i have to do calls / zoom?
No. Most of our shops have never spoken to us on the phone. The whole pipeline is async. If you want to call, you can — but it isn't how this works by default.
what happens if i cancel?
Reply with "cancel." Billing stops. You get a 30-day grace period; after that the site comes down. Your domain stays yours, and we'll point it to wherever you want.
why is it cheap if it's actually custom?
Because we've cut every part of the process that costs money but doesn't make your site work better. No discovery calls. No project managers. No revision rounds. Just the build.
i already have a domain / hosting / seo guy — does this still work?
Yes. Bring your domain — we'll point it when you give the word. We work alongside whoever's managing your search. We don't replace your SEO person; we make the site they're trying to rank.
