So what do I have to do?
One email to hello@torchsites.com. Business name, services, the area you cover, a couple photos if you've got them. We do the rest. Anything we're missing, we ask by reply. Ten minutes of your day, total.
Is it really custom, or a template?
Custom. We don't run a template chooser. Every site is laid out and written for the shop in question — two plumbers in the same town won't get the same site. Promise.
Do I have to do any calls?
No. Not one. The whole thing is async. Most of our shops have never spoken to us on the phone. If you want to call, you can — but it isn't how the workshop runs.
What if I cancel?
Reply to one of our emails with "cancel." Billing stops. Thirty days grace, then the site comes down. Your domain stays yours — we'll point it wherever you'd like.
How is it cheap if it's custom?
We cut every part of the process that costs money but doesn't make the site better. No discovery calls. No project managers. No revision rounds. Just the build.
I already have an SEO guy. Will this clash?
Not at all. Bring them. We work alongside your SEO person — we don't replace them; we just make the site they're trying to rank.
