How does a finished website show up in 72 hours?

We don't reinvent your business. We use the intake form, your public information, and our build system, and we hand-craft a real site against it. Most of the time the agency model spends is on meetings, briefs, and re-briefs. We removed all of that.

What happens if I don't like the preview?

You walk away. You owe nothing. We don't take a deposit, we don't bill an upfront fee. If the preview isn't right we revise once — usually it's a copy or color thing. If it's still wrong, that's our miss, not yours.

Do I own the website?

Yes. If you ever leave Torch, we hand over the site files, the domain, and the content. We don't lock anything to our platform. The site is yours — we maintain it for you, that's the service.

Why $199/mo and not a $5,000 build fee?

Because trade owners have working capital tied up in trucks and parts. A subscription means no cash out the door, a finished site this week, and the maintenance handled. If you'd rather pay once, ask — we can do it that way too.

What does "first month free" mean exactly?

You get a finished preview before paying anything. If you accept it within 7 days, your first month is free — we start billing month two. If you wait longer, the first month is regular price. No tricks.

I'm not in Austin. Do you still work with me?

Yes. We started with Austin trades but we work with home-service businesses anywhere in the US and Canada. The intake and the build process are the same regardless of city.
