Q.01How is the site actually done in 72 hours?+
We removed the meetings, briefs, revision rounds, and account-manager hand-offs. What's left is the actual building part. Your intake form gives us 95% of what other agencies spend three weeks "discovering." We start the build the hour you submit it.
Q.02What if I don't like the preview?+
You walk away owing nothing. We don't take a deposit, and the first month is free anyway. We'll do one revision pass if it's a small thing — wrong colors, wrong copy tone. If it's still wrong after that, the miss is ours, not yours.
Q.03Do I own the site, or are you renting it to me?+
You own it. The domain is in your name. The site files are yours. If you ever leave Torch, we hand it over — code, content, domain, the lot. The monthly is for the maintenance and hosting, not for renting your own website.
Q.04What does "unlimited edits" actually mean?+
It means email us when you have a change. New phone number, new service, fresh photo from a job, new review to feature. We do the change. No ticketing system, no portal, no "submit a change request." Just write us. Most edits are done same-day.
Q.05Why monthly instead of a one-time fee?+
Because trade owners have working capital tied up in trucks, parts, and payroll, not in design retainers. A subscription means no big check, a finished site this week, and the technical part handled. If you'd rather pay once we can do that — ask in the intake form.
