№1 How is the whole thing done in 72 hours? +
We removed the meetings, briefs, revision rounds, and account-manager hand-offs that fill the average agency timeline. What's left is the actual building part. Your intake form gives us 95% of what other agencies spend three weeks "discovering." We start the build the hour you submit it.
№2 What happens if I don't like the preview? +
You walk away owing nothing. No deposit was taken, no setup fee was billed. We'll do one revision pass if it's a small thing — wrong colors, wrong copy register. If it's still wrong after that, the miss is ours, not yours.
№3 Do I own the site, or are you renting it to me? +
You own it. The domain is in your name. The site files are yours. If you ever leave Torch we hand the whole package over — code, content, domain. The monthly is for maintenance and hosting, not for renting your own website.
№4 What does "unlimited edits" actually mean? +
Email us when something changes. New service, new phone, fresh review, updated photos. We do the change. No portal, no ticket — just write us. Most edits are done same-day. We do not bill per change.
№5 Why monthly instead of a one-time $5,000 fee? +
Trade owners have working capital tied up in trucks and parts, not in design retainers. Monthly means no big cash outlay, a finished site this week, and the technical part handled. If you'd rather pay once, tell us in the intake — we can do it that way too.
№6 I'm not in Austin. Will you work with me? +
