What if I already have a website?
Fine. We rebuild it. You keep the old one running until the new preview is ready, then we point your domain at ours. No downtime, no scramble, no awkward conversation with whoever built the original.
Do I have to take a call?
No. The entire thing runs in email. We've delivered sites for shops we've never spoken to once. If you want a call, you can ask for one — but the default is async, because that's what works for someone running a truck.
What if I hate it?
Reply to the preview email. Tell us what's wrong. We rebuild it. There is no cap on revisions and no "design rounds" countdown. If after all that you still hate it, walk away and we don't charge you. We mean that.
Who actually owns the site?
You do. Domain stays in your name. Content stays yours. If you cancel, we export the whole thing to a static archive and hand it over. No hostage software.
Is this AI-generated?
Copy is written by us, reviewed by us, checked against your trade's vocabulary. Layout is hand-tuned. There are no template-swap tells. If a customer can spot it was made by a stranger, we did our job wrong.
