Most agencies will sell you a six‑week project, a kickoff meeting, four rounds of revisions, and a quote with a comma in it. We don't. Send us your business details. Three days later we email you a finished, real website. You decide if you want it.
Your business name, what you do, where you work, a couple of photos if you have them. Email it. That's the entire kickoff. No call, no form fatigue, no portal login.
Real pages. Real copy. Mobile-first. Service areas, reviews surfaced, click-to-call, the kind of fast page that doesn't lose people on a phone in a truck.
Live, hosted, the real thing. Click around. Show the family. No "wireframes," no fake screenshots, no slide deck pitches. The site is just there.
Domain, hosting, edits, photos, the works. Sign within seven days of preview and the first month is free. Cancel anytime — no early-termination, no contract, no surprise.
Three days after you send a paragraph, you'll get an email. Subject line: "Preview for [Your Business Name]." One link inside. You'll click and find a real, working website with your services, your service area, your phone number, your photos, the reviews you've earned. It looks like something a designer made — because one did.
Pull it up on your phone in the truck. Page loads. Click-to-call works. You hand it to the foreman, he scrolls through it, and the conversation about it lasts about four minutes — because there's nothing to argue about. It either is what you want, or you tell us to swap a section. That's the whole back-and-forth.
"I sent them a paragraph at 9pm Tuesday. Friday morning there was a finished website in my email. I didn't know it was allowed to work like that." — A working plumber, on what changed.
No setup fees. No contract. The first month is free if you sign within seven days of receiving the preview. After that, here's the entire price list:
The working website for the working business. Most of our customers are on this.
Everything in Foundation, plus the work that turns the site into a lead engine.
Do I really not have to get on a call?
Correct. We've done this entire job over email a few hundred times. A paragraph from you is enough for us to build a draft. You'll only need to write back if you want something changed.
Is this an AI‑generated template with my name on it?
No. We use software to move fast, but a real designer reads your details and a real builder writes your site. The page you see is custom to your business — not a swap‑out of a stock template.
Who owns the website?
You own the domain. We own the build. If you cancel, you keep the domain and we take the site down. We can also export your copy and photos so you don't lose your work.
What if I already have a website?
We replace it. Most of the sites we replace are 6+ years old, slow on mobile, and not bringing in any calls. The new site goes live on your existing domain when you say go.
How long does the first month free last?
30 days from the date you say yes. You're only charged on day 31, and you can cancel at any point before that without owing anything. The first‑month‑free offer is good for 7 days after we send your preview.
Can I cancel later?
Yes. Email us. The site stays up through the end of your billing month and then comes down. No charge for canceling, no last‑month penalty, no clawback.
What about Google rankings?
A fast, custom site usually moves you up the page within 60 days for your main service keywords. We can't promise a specific position, but we will show you the numbers honestly each month.
Why $199?
Because we built the production line to be fast, and because we'd rather have 200 customers paying $199 a month than 10 paying $4,000 once. Steady work, fair price, no surprises.
Three days. No calls. The first month is free.
